But, we also know that sometimes things might not always go entirely to plan and that's why (unlike many small businesses) we're happy to offer a dispute resolution procedure.

This is how it works-
If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our work we ask that in the first instance you please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as we can. Ring Bob McPherson on 07831 495512 or email us.

In the event that we can't resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as A Which Trusted trader we use Ombusdman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.

In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and if you wish to refer the complaint to Ombusdsman Services Ltd please contact Which? Trusted traders in the first instance on 0117 981 2929.
